Breathe breath breathe breathe breathe breathe breathe

NOw is all there is

 

How about that Eclipse last night?  I was in a field with about 40 people singing, dancing, meditating.  It was ecstasy. That’s how I took a look at life from another perspective yesterday.

How about you?

 

Today…. After such an amazing evening, the invitation from Death arrives. Death speaks to me about taking yesterdays enchantment and elemental connections that filled me up with the grace and glory of the sacred, which is in All of everything, and transform it.  Allowing today to let go.  Let go and give space for more of the sacred to come into my life in a mind-full way.

Letting each moment die off for the next moment to fill.  Again and again.

I think it’s a bit like the cup being full and pouring.  filling and pouring.  Receiving and giving.  Letting go for more spaciousness in life.  Feeling the fool jump into life.
